1. Order Support

Q: What if I have a problem with my order?

A: If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at contact@apparelretailgroup.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will resolve it promptly.

2. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard delivery within Lebanon takes approximately 2 to 4 working days, although during sales and promotions it may take slightly longer.

4. Exchanges & Returns

Q: What is your exchanges and returns policy?

A: We don’t offer refunds, but you can exchange your purchase (for a different size or item) within 15 calendar days of delivery. All items must be returned with:
