At Adrun, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange your purchase, please read the policy below:

Exchange Policy
Timeframe: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for:

  • A different size of the same item
  • Any other item of equal or greater value

Condition: All returned items must be:

  • In their original box
  • With the purchase voucher included
  • All labels and tags still attached
  • Unworn and in resalable condition

How to Initiate an Exchange
Email us at contact@apparelretailgroup.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • A brief explanation of what you’d like instead (size or alternate product)
  • We’ll send you an exchange authorization and instructions on where to ship your original item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out your exchange.

  • Important Notes
    No refunds — we offer exchanges only.
  • Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • During sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
